HOT BREW METHOD

  1. Add 1 pouch to 2 quart pitcher.
  2. Fill pitcher part-way with 3 cups of hot water (206 F°).
  3. Cover and steep 4 minutes, then remove pouch.
  4. Fill pitcher with 5 cups of freshly drawn room-temperature water.
  5. Stir and pour into glasses over ice.

COLD BREW METHOD

  1. Add 1 pouch to 2 quart pitcher.
  2. Add 8 oz of hot water (206 F°) and flash steep tea for 2 minutes.
  3. Fill pitcher with 7 cups of freshly drawn cold water.
  4. Cover and place in fridge for 8-10 hours.
  5. Remove pouch and pour into glasses over ice.
