Q: Can I get a discount?
A: Tea of the Month subscriptions are prepaid. A valid first-time customer code can be used; other coupons and discount codes do not apply. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase Tea of the Month subscriptions.
Q: Where does Tea of the Month ship?
A: Tea of the Month currently ships to U.S. addresses and U.S. territories only, via US Mail.
Q: I ordered a subscription last week and haven't received anything, where is my order?
A: Your first box usually ships within 3 to 5 business days of your order and arrives via US Mail. During sales and holidays, allow 7 to 10 business days. After that, boxes ship monthly.
Q: Can my tea subscription be shipped via UPS?
A: At this time, Tea of the Month orders ship via US Mail only.
Q: I need a shipping notification, is that possible?
A: At this time, electronic shipping notifications are not available for Tea of the Month Club.
Q: Can I add a Tea of the Month order onto my tea order I plan to place?
A: If ordering additional products, we recommend placing a separate order to use a discount code. If giving a subscription as a gift, order any products for yourself separately; the subscription will be sent monthly to the shipping address provided.
Q: Can I make a substitution to what I receive in my tea subscription?
